JENNIFER HARLOW
- TWENTY-THREE- - HETEROSEXUAL - BITCHY - RELENTLESS - LOST - PARANOID
there are three things one should take into consideration before attempting to acquaint themselves with jennifer, especially on a more personal level. first, she's not interested in making friends or playing nice. it has been quite a long time since she has been given any reason to trust another human being, and even then it was her brother. now he's missing. so you can understand why she might be marginally reluctant to form any ties or alliances now. the world has become quite a brutal place where everyone is driven by hysteria. trusting such people to safeguard your life at this point would only mean certain death. secondly, if you do in fact attempt to harm or interfere with her in any way, she will not hesitate to kill you. that is your warning. she is bright, cunning and immeasurably creative. she's also incredibly pissed off, so a word to the wise? do not make the mistake of underestimating her. she is not a weak woman, and she'd be more than happy to prove it. lastly - and this is mostly intended for the men who might be led to believe they are free to try and take advantage of her - she will retaliate. it disgusts her to know that a select few soldiers, the men who are meant to protect what is left of humanity, are harassing the downtrodden and vulnerable. also, romantic affections or innuendo are not matters she is about to concern herself with. therefore, lovers will be few and far between.

-and in strolls Grimm with Jagger- As we all know, Jagger is one of the soldiers that thoroughly enjoys harassing the women who seek refuge in the blockade. In all honesty, Jagger would prefer it if the women would just willingly comply to his advances but he also has no problem taking what he wants in an aggressive manner. I think her temper will strike him as defiance in a way and he will almost immediately form a certain animosity towards her. As a warning, I wouldn't suggest the two being left alone, but I feel she could hold her own if it came down to it and it would surprise him to say the least.

oh man. these two together would be quite dangerous. honestly? if he made any sort of attempt to harass her in any way, she would immediately make it clear that if he continues, he'll end up sterile. she's suppressed the hysteria that other people are exhibiting up to this point, but with the right nudge i expect that she'd just explode.
in any case, i think forcing these two to cross paths would be - at the very least - entertaining. raw anger and pent up emotion are always fun elements to play with!

It should be pretty fun I'm going to be playing some of the other soldiers as NPCs until they're taken so I think Farrell will jump in at the right time to separate these two if he happens to be around at the time. As you may remember from the movie, he was the one who was against what the soldiers were doing and was quite depressed about the future.

sounds like a plan! i'm excited to see what results from a meeting between these two. who knows? they might even develop some kind of grudging respect for one another!
haha. unlikely.

Lawlll, very funny. I don't believe many people would have respect for someone like him, much less from someone who he wants to take as a victim. However, under his loathing for her, he may develop some respect for her. But yes, this meeting is going to be quite entertaining.
